The Texas Buggys |
If your looking for a "classic style Buggy" then this is the one for you. |
Texas Buggys has been in business for many years and turns out one of the best in a "classic" Buggy. If your looking for a new body with side pods, center tunnel consol, and short wheel base then this is the one you need. All Texas Buggys are made thick and durable. The color in gel coated and you can have any color you can imagine. Now some of us really like the side pods. It gives you the finished side look that turns your buggy into not only off road but street worthy . |
The inside of the Texas Buggy has its own unique dash. As seen in the picture on the left, there is plenty of room for your instrumentation. On the floor of the the tube frame (shown ) you can get a center console in the same color as your ride! I think this provides a clean coordinated look look. Bobby also supplies a long list of options and accessories to finish out your needs. He has Center fill new gas tanks that simplies the build. |
Now if you don't want to have the trouble of rewelding a frame, then Bobby supplies a ready made frame. I prefer tube frames as over the years I can not tell you how many tunnels I had to cut up to fix tubes. I also had few crack the tunnel during use, resulting in a patch job that just looks bad to me. Like other manufactures, Bobby can make the roll cage bumper system you require. With the frame assembled, you can color paint all to match each piece...... a really clean and sharp look. If I could get away with it I would just drive a tube frame around town, how cool would that be. I had a tube frame on my last buggy and I can say I would never go back to the "tunnel" . |
In the pictures above, you can see that the finished product is both smooth, well designed body. Add the side pods and you have a great little streeter that will draw attention where ever you go. All these pieces fitting shows that Texas buggys did the homework to produce another fine Buggy here in Texas. |
